I'm having a huge problem... My hub shows himself as OFFLINE in the Aqara Home app, no accessories can be added and firmware version shows as 1.2.26.
In the other hand, if I go to mi iPhone's Home app, the Hub is online, working and responsive (RGB light), additionally firmware version is shown there as 1.2.32.
Already tried resetting the Hub (hold button for 10 seconds and/or clicking 10 times in quick sucesion) multiple times, un-pairing and paring again, nothings works.
If I logout form Mainland China, all works and Aqara Hub shows firmware version as 1.2.32 (same as Home app) and can add accessories aswell.
In neither case, I can update to the latest firmware.
I'm stuck here... any way to do a "real" factory reset to start over again? I ran out of ideas....
