One of my Aqara Wall switch Neutral version is failing after three month of use. It's a double switch and the buttons don't work most of the time. Also when I look at the logs at Mi Home App I see that the button is off at least 3 or four times a minute. Clearly something is wrong. Is there any way to reset or update the switch? are you able to help me?
