Getting Error 601

I'm trying to enroll the AQARA HUB device to wifi and I'm getting error 601. I'm using Android app.

Can this be caused by the region? If so how can I change region on my account? There is no such option on Android app.

Unfortunately the voice prompts are in Chinese in my device and I don't understand what is happening.
