Dear all,

If you can't bind the Hub on the app. Please check first that your WiFi name and password without any special character (even a black space).

Then please confirm which Hub version do you have. Look at the image. The version on the left can work with Aqara Home app and Mi Home app with HomeKit compatible. But the version on the right can only work with Mi Home app with HomeKit compatible.

UPDATE: From Hub firmware 1.5.7, there is no difference between both versions of Hub
